Grounds for Health has a simple yet profound mission; reduce cervical cancer for women in developing countries.  Access to this needed health care is one of the goals of the Coffeelands Foundation and we are proud to support the work of Grounds for Health. Our initial grant of $500 was sufficient to cover the cost of clinical supplies for a 3-4 day screen and treat campaign in rural Nicaragua.  It is work like this that has the support of the Coffeelands Foundation.

The Mission of Grounds for Health is to reduce cervical cancer among women in developing countries.  Their vision is a world in which all women are protected from the threat of cervical cancer by timely and high-quality prevention services.

Grounds for Health is a mission-driven, international non-profit organization, born out of and with enduring ties to the coffee industry and focused on increasing coverage of cervical cancer prevention services.
